What is Inmopad?
Inmopad is a next-gen property portal, launched in Spain and offering an exclusive platform designed by seasoned real estate veterans. We leverage decades of combined experience in the UK, Marbella and Dubai property markets to cater to the specific needs of both discerning buyers and accomplished agents.
After many years of using several property portals around the world, we know what floats our boat, and many of our buyers’ as well.
Using all of this knowledge plus continual insights from our supporting agencies and clientbase, we hope to make Inmopad a premier platform over the coming years.
Simplified Property Searches
At Inmopad we want to make life simpler. After all, time is money as the saying goes.
Our property search engine enables you to narrow your search down to exacting criteria. For example, you only want properties with an elevator? Tick that box and we will show you only properties with an elevator. Same for an indoor pool or a sea view. You are in control of everything.
When you find your ideal property, we facilitate easy communication. No more finding an email address or phone number and switching away from the platform. We facilitate direct inquiries, plus WhatsApp integration with the agent representing each property, meaning you can send a message to the listing agent straight from the property page.

If you are using Inmopad as a Real Estate Professional, you will find detailed analytics in your account dashboard, which is personalised for you.
Do you want to know how many total views and unique views each one of your properties is receiving? We show you. And not just how many views, but from what countries, what devices and how many button clicks you are receiving, among many more stats.
Our analytics are primarily shown as views / unique views over 24 hours, 1 week and 1 month, with custom visit stats of up to 6 months and 365 days also available upon request.
These statistics are filterable for your account as a whole or for each independent listing, allowing for greater control over all your properties.

Note. In our first year we are open to Spanish real estate agencies only and do not currently accept XML or API feeds.
If you are a Spain-based agency with properties outside of Spain, please contact us to discuss publishing these properties.
